Mr. Villaluna is a nominee of Philex Mining Corporation and is currently President & Chief Operating Officer of Philex who hold a 51% majority stake in FEC.

	Mr. Barry Stansfield	Director and Chairman
Barry Stansfield is an independent Director with broad business experience spanning over thirty (30) years. He was co-owner and Managing Director of Stansfield Lake, a London-based marketing company until that company was acquired by Communicator Plc. He is also a partner in a private property investment company based in southern England.

	Mr. Riaz Sumar	Director , CFO and Corporate Secretary
Mr. Sumar has over 10 years of public company experience. Mr. Sumar’s experience as CFO in public companies includes two resource companies and one technology company. He has worked on projects with several exchanges including OTC bulletin board and NASDAQ Small Cap in the US, the TSX Venture and Toronto Stock Exchange in Canada. Mr. Sumar has been a Certified General Accountant for ten years.

	Mr. Andrew Mullins	Executive Director
Mr. Mullins is a nominee of Philex Mining Corporation and is also an Executive Director of Forum Energy Plc, FEC’s principal asset in which the Company has a direct 28% equity interest.

	Mr. Renato Migriño	Treasurer and Director
Mr. Migriño is a nominee of Philex Mining Corporation and is currently the Treasurer and CFO of Philex.

	Mr. Franlin Cu	Director
Mr. Franklin Cu is a nominee of Philex Mining Corporation and is also a Director of Philex Gold, Inc. Mr. Cu is a Canadian Citizen.
