	Mr. Jose Ernesto Villaluna, Jr.	President, Chief Executive Officer and Director
Mr. Villaluna is a nominee of Philex Mining Corporation and is currently President & Chief Operating Officer of Philex who hold a 51% majority stake in FEC.

	Mr. Barry Stansfield	Director and Chairman
Barry Stansfield is an independent Director with broad business experience spanning over thirty (30) years. He was co-owner and Managing Director of Stansfield Lake, a London-based marketing company until that company was acquired by Communicator Plc. He is also a partner in a private property investment company based in southern England.

	Mr. Riaz Sumar	Director , CFO and Corporate Secretary
Mr. Sumar has over 10 years of public company experience. Mr. Sumar’s experience as CFO in public companies includes two resource companies and one technology company. He has worked on projects with several exchanges including OTC bulletin board and NASDAQ Small Cap in the US, the TSX Venture and Toronto Stock Exchange in Canada. Mr. Sumar has been a Certified General Accountant for ten years.

Mr. Andrew Mullins

Executive Director

Andrew Mullins was previously Vice President of NASDAQ-listed Tracer Petroleum Corporation and subsequently Forum Energy Corporation. He was a key figure in the reorganisation of shares of Forum and admission of the Company to AIM in 2005. In 2006 Andrew was appointed Company Secretary of Forum Energy and in 2008 as an Executive Director of the Company.

He holds a B.Eng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from University College London and is also a Director and Chief Executive Officer of PhiGold Plc and PhiGold Mining Limited.

	Mr. Renato Migriño	Treasurer and Director
Mr. Migriño is a nominee of Philex Mining Corporation and is currently the Treasurer and CFO of Philex.

	Mr. Franlin Cu	Director
Mr. Franklin Cu is a nominee of Philex Mining Corporation and is also a Director of Philex Gold, Inc. Mr. Cu is a Canadian Citizen.

	Mr. Carlo S. Pablo	Non-Executive Director
24 years oil and gas experience with Shell in the Philippines, Indonesia and Malaysia. Breadth of experience covers commercial and engineering roles in the downstream and upstream business. Areas of expertise include negotiation of petroleum contracts, gas commercialization, strategy and portfolio management, international business development, exploration and production economics, oil and gas marketing, and project management. MBA from Macquarie University in Australia and BS Civil Engineering degree from the University of the Philippines.

Mr. Edward A. Tortorici

Non-Executive Director

Age 70, born in the United States. Mr Tortorici received a BS from New York University and an MS from Fairfield University. Mr. Tortorici has served in a variety of senior and executive management positions, including Corporate Vice President for Crocker Bank and Managing Director positions at Olivetti Corporation of America and Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation.

Mr. Tortorici subsequently founded EA Edwards Associates, an international management and consulting firm specializing in strategy formulation and productivity improvement with offices in the USA, Europe and Middle East.

In 1987 Mr. Tortorici joined First Pacific as an Executive Director for strategic planning and corporate restructuring and launched the Group's entry into the telecommunications and technology sectors. Presently, he oversees corporate strategy for First Pacific and guides the Group's strategic planning and corporate development activities. Mr. Tortorici serves as a Commissioner of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk; a Director of Metro Pacific Investments Corporation, Maynilad Water Services, Inc., Philex Mining Corporation; and an Executive Advisor of MPIC companies located in the Philippines. He also serves as a Trustee of the Asia Society and the Metropolitan Museum of Manila.
